A aimé : The site was clean and friendly.
The pizza from the restaurant were really good just how I like them. Everything was how a holiday park should be. Facilities 10/10 everything provided clean and warm and washing area same.

N'a pas aimé: Didn't get a chance to go in the pool.
I got pitched up near to the road and I think there were some spaces vacant with an amazing view.

Sorry that you didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool - it's open daily 9am-5pm at the moment, so hopefully you can come back soon and have a dip! Next time, let us know if you're not happy with your pitch location - we'll do everything we can, subject to availability, to find you an alternative pitch, and if you have a specific one in mind, you can request that for a small charge - just let us know.

A aimé : Fantastic views, clean and tidy and friendly staff. Access to public transport nearby. Plenty to do. Food very nice in the restaurant.

A aimé : The staff were friendly and efficient. The facilities were spotless, and the food in the restaurant reasonably priced and well presented. It just had a great vibe: lots of young families and older couples. One of the best places we've stayed during our tour of the UK.

A aimé : Nice site clean modern toilets all very good. Pool area fab. The saltwater bar was brilliant for my grandson (7 yrs old) Table football, shuffleboard and darts all free to use. Nice play area.

N'a pas aimé: Not a lot for the children to do when raining… no indoor activities. Bar didn’t open until 6.30 and smaller bar not until 4.30 so if the weather was bad there was no where to go…

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - really pleased to hear you enjoyed the pool, Saltwater and our newly refurbished toilet block.
I'm sorry to hear that you found there wasn't much to do when it was raining. During the main season, we do offer daytime activities including Make a Bear, Sand Art, Pottery Painting and Circus Skills which are all indoors in our Starlight bar. We also have a soft play - although I appreciate this may be a little small for your grandson! We will certainly take your comments on board as we strive to improve the experience for all our guests and plan for future seasons.
I do hope that you may reconsider us for a visit in the future,

A aimé : The staff were very friendly. The entertainment in the evening was excellent. The shower and toilet block were in excellent condition. Great view from the campsite.

The entertainment team this year are truly brilliant - the shows they are doing are so fab, I don't know how they have the energy!
One of our toilet blocks has just had a stunning makeover to match the other which was renovated a couple of years ago so I'm glad to hear you liked them!

A aimé : Recently refreshed toilet and shower facilities were very good. Pitch was reasonable size.

N'a pas aimé: Not the most accurately described site on Pitch Up, wording like ‘family-run’ and ‘relaxation’ conjures up images that do not fit with what is a huge holiday camp of a site.
Tourers are also second class citizens at Beverley Park, DO NOT make the mistake we (and every van that entered the afternoon we arrived did) of following the directions and committing to turn left into the car park to check in!!
The parks own staff seem happy to abandon their liveried site vans and vehicles in the bays required by tourers to get in and out smoothly, meaning you turn into a dead end of a car park and are immediately in a ‘sticky situation’!
Not how you want to feel 30 seconds after landing on site.
This was not a one-off, the fleet remained there throughout our stay.
Huge site, lots of vans, lots of people, all the facilities of a holiday camp, and at the high end of pricing because of it.
Multiple signs, posters and even fliers handed to us, advertising the ‘Trade-In your tourer’ scheme against a static van or lodge at Beverley Park.
No, sorry not for us, we will not be back.

I’m really pleased to hear you were happy with the newly refurbished toilet and shower facilities, and that the pitch size met your expectations.

As you visited during an especially busy Easter weekend, I’m sorry to hear that your arrival experience wasn’t up to the standard we aim for and that you encountered issues in the car park. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been. I’ve passed your feedback about signage and staff vehicle placement to the relevant teams so we can make improvements going forward.

We are a family-run park, and we understand how important holiday time is so a relaxing environment is what we aim for, whilst guests make the most of our beautiful sea views and wide range of facilities. We love welcoming touring guests and also like to share the option of upgrading to a holiday home for more frequent breaks. That said, we completely respect that many tourers are passionate about their setups, and I’m sorry if this felt overwhelming— we’ll definitely take your comments on board.

I’m sorry to hear that you wouldn’t consider returning, but I hope you might reconsider in the future as we’re always working to make the experience better for every guest.

A aimé : A wonderful break away, friendly, clean and safe. Everything felt relaxed. A nice sized pitch and good mix between entertainment and time outdoors in the open spaces.

N'a pas aimé: A small indoor pool, so it was a shame the outdoor pool wasn’t open, but it was still great value for money!
