Liked: Loved the site. Very warm welcome on arrival. The site was very clean and well maintained. Toilet block was modern and clean. Only stopped 2 nights so didn't get chance to use the local pub but hear it is very good. Will definitely return.
Disliked: The bus service is not great midweek. We had to get a taxi back from Hornsea as the bus bus service seems to stop at 1.30pm which we hadn't realised.

Liked: All I can give is the site itself was clean, well presented on arrival and a clean toilet block (even then there's 2 toilets and 1 shower in both male and female so god forbid if the site was heaving full.. they'd be a LONG queue to wait in)
Disliked: Very over priced for a slither of field and sewerage smell shoved in a tight spot!! Photos definitely told a lie!
Shows online many pitches to stay on but upon arrival we was then told they only have 6 pitches for non seasonal tourers whilst rest of the site was dead we was shoved on a slim field (cold corner) which was a struggle to reverse the caravan down and manoeuvre as the other 5 pitches was already taken and we was in the middle, the ground too hard to get pegs in for our awning we had to make do with odd one in here and there.
We was thinking it was a water stream infront of our van until we realised it was feaces which absolutely stank which isn't pleasant when we was having a bbq and sitting outside the caravan with young children. The beach is definitely NOT a 10 minute walk away as the cliff has given way so unless you wish to just see the sea it's useless unless you wish to jump on down and rely on a chain to save you.
The 'private quiet' road which rakes you to the site and edge of the cliff becomes a race track at night we heard nothing but cars racing after 10pm .. one of which we found out lives/sited on the site 10 months out of the year and the owners know about them doing so but has done/said nothing which is ridiculous as they also drove on the site in the same manor even whilst young children are out playing through the day.
Definitely won't be back, there's parks close by CHEAPER with everything down to a swimming pool and entertainment whereas this has nothing to offer.

Liked: I liked that the facilities were clean, the owners are lovely
Disliked: I didnt like that it was misleading in the process of booking as it shows you the full site of tourers/motorhomes parked up on the photos, but when you arrive the tourer plots are to the left once you've passed the gateway and theres only 6 pitches which is very tight to pull into if they're all full (which they were) so you've only got a little area to stay as other pitches further up are seasonal which have a larger areas. As well in front of us we thought it was a stream, but is was actually a ses pit overflow, so we smelt feces all weekend which wasn't pleasant, it states a 10 minute walk to the beach, but the cliff had given away and there's no access unless you want your young children to abseil down (each tk their own) but cliffs were unsafe and you obviously can't abseil with a pram. Also ground tok hard to pitch awning and windbreaker and you get the joys of people racing up and down the road all night that even lives on site that live there 10 months out of the year.
Overpriced for what you get, campsite down the road offers a lot more, especially for kids and much cheaper too, so will be staying at the other site next time.

Liked: Terry was lovely on arrival and helped us manoeuvre the caravan on site, site is absolutely immaculate, beautiful location, small walk down to the beach you do have to climb down but there is a climbing chain to help with this.
Disliked: The size of the ablutions isn’t the best could do with more than one shower for each sexes changing rooms.

Liked: A warm welcome even though we arrived quite late on a wet and windy new year's eve. The parking and facilities were level, well drained, modern and good quality. We had everything we needed. The whole site is being upgraded so will be something else when complete. The location is quiet as it's at the end of the road but there are nearby villages with amenities.

Liked: The very exceptional couple Terry and Elaine that welcomed us and went out of their way to help in anyway they could
The easy access to the bus stops
The pub in village with great food and atmosphere
The nearby shop
The extremely clean facilities, although if the site had been full we would have struggled with one shower and 2 toilets each side
Very tranquil park , although the pitches for Motorhomes could be very muddy in places and although nice and private , difficult to get the sun because of the trees
Disliked: Not really a dislike but the website gave the impression of a 10 min stroll to access the beach which now the cliff has collapsed is not accessible
Also on website it says there is an activity room with pool table etc but it’s no longer there

Liked: Lovely site within walking distance of the beach, but you do need to walk further down if you not agile to get down with rope. Site was immaculately clean including shower blocks and washing up area. Had read no phone signal or 4G but we didn’t find this. Great area to walk the dogs down bottom of the site.
