French built in 1860's fully restore. Located on 3/4 acre pond. Can drive right up to Cabin. Very Private. Lots of wildlife. Great trails, large cave, historic cemetery, several creeks and much more to explore. Farm was establish in late 1700's. Cave is part of the unground railroad. Harvard University did a study of the New Albany Slate Rock in 1910 -1920. Farm was also commondeered by Chief White Eye along with Civil War Southern General Morgan Raiders.
Entertainment venue from late 1920's to just before WWII.
Nestled on 300 Acre Farm and Ranch with over 125 Acres of woods. Farm is organic and regenerative. Raise Grass-Fed Beef and pasture raised pigs. All about taste, nutrition and healing.

Locate State Road 256 and 1000 W, Turn North then take the next left on to Henry Road going west. Take the next right next to green house (your first left) 1025 West. Gravel Road. Go half mile turn right down lane - gravel road. Will see large Black Estate Fence. Go 1 mile and will see house and barns. Welcome home!

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Please pick any available pitch on arrival.
There is no reception at this site. Please check in at the Main House instead.
The site will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day(s) of arrival.
Modifications are subject to a US$100.00 (£75.38) fee.

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Occupancy

Bookings must not consist of more than 4 different households.

Pitches

A cable measuring at least 12 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
Minimum spacing of 100 metres between pitches.
Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
Please do not touch or feed the animals.
Swimming in the lake is allowed.
