Liked: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider waren wir gezwungen unsere Reise von gebuchten 15 Nächten aufgrund einer Autopanne in Frankreich auf 5 Nächte zu verkürzen, was wir sehr bedauern, da uns Allen der Platz sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Sanitäranlagen, die Anlage, der Strand- alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Angebot für die Kids war wirklich gut.

Liked: Fantastic location right on beach.
Toilets was immaculate, always being cleaned
10 out of 10 to cleaning staff.
Nice pitch and great having supermarket and bakery on site.
Kids loved it feels safe and quite a bit to do for kids

Disliked: Restaurant /barstaff seem very stressed out ,if you sit down at a table they are on you straight away asking what your doing sitting down which is strange??I want to order food !!
The man panicked as i sat at a table of 6 ,This is for a table of 6 he growled ,yes the other 5 people are behind me look there coming lol
We got up and left after that .

Liked: Very clean toilets/ shower wash up block, site well stocked , lovely bakery.

Disliked: Pitches small , was eaten by bugs.
Not many sun beds around pool area.
Too far from Town .
Sea had big drop went deep quickly.
Unable to fish little stream on site.

Càmping Playa Brava is well set to use as a base for getting around the Costa Brava and Girona, whether you yearn for lazy afternoons on the beach or busy days around the likes of Barcelona and Pals. Whichever you pick, you really must have a hike (or stroll) along the coastal path, dipping down into its little coves or up to its cliffs – both pretty spectacular – followed by an enthusiastic sample of the local cuisine, based around the food of both the sea and the mountains. Diving is available among the clear waters, fish and marine mammals of the Montgrí, Medes Islands and Baix Ter Natural Park, along with nature spotting and birdwatching: around 189 bird species have been seen to flock around its waters. If you're more into urban and/or historic days, Playa Brava is handily set for places like Empuries, with its Roman ruins; the Dali Museum in Figueres; first-rate Pals; the ceramics of La Bisbal, and – but of course – Barcelona, the Catalonian capital stuffed with sights such as Barcelona Cathedral (magnif), the medieval Old Town and Las Ramblas, the Liceu Opera House and a whole heap more.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.
Modifications are subject to a €15.00 (£12.49) fee.

Extras

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The bar is open between 16/05 and 13/09.
The grocery shop is open between 16/05 and 13/09.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 16/05 and 13/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. between 16/05 and 13/09.
Reception is unmanned after 9 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Open fires are prohibited.
Please do not touch or feed the animals.
Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
No vehicle movement between 11:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
