Camping and touring

Arrive:	4 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Guests under the age of 0 are not allowed on site.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Restaurant.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• There is no reception at this site. Please check in at the Accueil instead.
• The site will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/06 and 30/08.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• The bar is open between 01/04 and 30/09.
• The grocery shop is open between 01/04 and 30/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 01/04 and 30/09.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €430.00 (£365.60) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 30 days of arrival and will be refunded within 0 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: a €430.00 (£365.60) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorised in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €100.00 (£85.02) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pitches

• Pitches: a €30.00 (£25.51) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 01/04 and 30/09.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 30/06 and 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is closed from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 05/07 and 30/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/04 and 04/07.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 30/08 and 30/09.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
